This couples session was perfect, and I'm really looking forward to their Bramblewood barn wedding this coming June! :]

I have not been up to par with updating my blog posts in the last month in a half. As many of you know I recently married my best friend of 10 years this past September, so since our wedding things have been very busy for the both of us. I was booked weeks straight on top of working a weekday job. We're currently making plans for our future, and during these winter months while I have some free time. I'm looking for ways to expand my business, educate myself in current styles/fashion, redo my website, figure out pricing for the new year, planning stylized shoots, and expand my work to achieve the shooting style I've always envisioned. This year was a great year for my business, family, and myself. However, I'm looking and hoping for 2017 to be even better.
Now lets get to the real reason of this post...
I absolutely adore shooting senior sessions, because it always takes me back to that moment when I was a senior in 2009...I can't believe it's been almost 8 years! I love to learn the plans for my young clients futures, where they plan to go to college, and what they plan to go to college for. I love to talk to them about their wants, hobbies, interests, and their outlooks on what they think about adult hood. It is such a bittersweet moment for me, as I wish everyday that I could go back to my days in high school.
I adored everything about this session, between the weather, location, client outfits, and of course my giggly client, Jessica. We started her session out at Mingo Creek Park, and then ended in a random, but gorgeous field we came across on the side of the road.

This sweet family is always a pleasure to work with, and I'm honored that they continue to choose me to capture their memories!

This family was such a pleasure to work with! Ben and Amy recently just celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary. Their dog Rex has been with them since they first got married, and due to some health issues, Amy wanted to capture their family with the unknown of how much longer Rex will be here on this earth. Both of their dogs were so friendly, and you can most definitely tell they're so loved by both Amy and Ben. They for sure have such a strong bond with they furbabies. I love when clients bring their dogs to a session. As a dog lover myself, I feel it is always a great idea to include them in family photos.

I haven't posted on my blog in awhile. Now that my busy seasons are now here. I'm going to start you all off with a blog of my beautiful godson Logan, who was born Last Monday the 13th. Words cannot express the honor I have of playing such a big role in this little ones life, and that his parents have chosen me to do so.

First is the beautiful princess Andriy and her Momma Stephanie! Stephanie is an amazing talented nail tech at her newly opened salon Lavish Hair and Nail Studio. She hired me to create some magical photos of her and her daughter, and well I believe magical is isn't even the word to explain how beautiful I think this shoot turned out!
Next was a very wonderful family who I met for the very first time, and was recommended to me from a previous client.
The Wing Family
The Struzzieri family was another great new client that I was recommended to me from another one of my clients. I love meeting new people always. I had a wonderful time working with them!
and while I have five more sessions to edit, and just finished this one before getting started with the rest. This is Dougie, who is currently in his last year of High School. His mother was recommended to me, by my own mother. I absolutely adore that my mom supports me in everything I choose to do in life, and especially my passion. Dougie will be graduating from the same high school I spent most of years at, but did not graduate from. Good luck and enjoy your last year, Doug! Thank you for choosing me to take your senior portraits.

Nate had proposed to Jackie at the Pirates game last year. I had seen posted all throughout facebook, when I had said I NEED to photograph their wedding day! I met Jackie and Nate through a friend, when they had given me the honor to capture their wedding day. You can see the love they have for one another once their eyes meet. Their wedding was full of fun and love all around, and we had a blast. You two definitely know how to throw a celebration, and thanks for making us a part of it. I wish you both love and happiness for your future...Turn down for what!?
I was beyond honored to be given the opportunity to capture this beautiful day for Ryan and Alaina, two highschool sweethearts in which I have been lucky to know all through school. The Allegheny Courthouse made such a beautiful location for this beautiful couple. I wish you both all the happiness and love in the world, congrats you two!
